List of Google Calendars not exhaustive

Description

In Settings, Google Options, List of Google Calendars, list is not exhaustive. Agenda Grenoble is not present on awesync but present on Google Calendar (others calendar). If i'm pushing the buttom 'Retrieve Calendars' no change.

 Current version doesn't work with g.calendars for which you don't have writing access, even if you plan to just pull information from Google to Lotus. 
This feature will be implemented later.
