Release notes
The 1.0.1.4 version contains several bug fixes (see the details below). Please make sure you are using Lotus Notes version 6.5 or above.
Current version still doesn't support the synchronization of the repeated events with exeptions (e.g. a repeated event that has one of its instances modified or deleted). We are working on this now and next major release of Awesync will support repeated events completely.
What's new
Bugs fixed:
- "Value cannot be null" error appears if user entered incorrect username/password;
- "Value cannot be null" error appears if event was deleted in Lotus Notes;
- "Use IE Proxy settings" doesn't work;
- Cannot find notes.ini error.
Please note, that Lotus Notes has limited support for Vista and Windows 7. Single-user installation of Lotus Notes requires specific configuration. See Compatibility Notes (http://awesync.com/node/246) for details.
can't get 1.0.1.4 running
I initially was getting a 'value cannot be null' error with 1.0.1.3 but somehow after a reboot, AweSync popped up automatically and it synced up, everything is now in Google as I'd hoped, thank you!
Now even tho it worked, based on a colleague's recommendation I upgraded to 1.0.14 this morning. I've try several install 'repairs' plus a reboot and I just can't get it running. The UI pops up but if I click settings or sync it just dies, here's the error message;
(this is on a win xp pro, notes 8 basic thinkpad)

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
