Hi,
By when you will add the feature, that it's possible to select the time/days when the sync process will not start (as example on weekend and in the night)?
In Google I have three calendars.
When I create an appointment in Notes, it syncs automatically with the one which I have configured in Awesync as default.
What is to do, when I create an appointment in Notes which has to be sync with another calendar (of this three) in google..?
Thanks in advance for the feedback

Hi,
We didn't yet plan the advanced synchronization scheduling feature, but thanks for your suggestion. I'll discuss with our development team, and will get back to you on this.
About synchronization of multiple calendars - please refer to this article. Basically, if you want event from Notes to go to the particular calendar in Google, you need to select appropriate category in Notes.

OK.. thanks.
I guess that also other users require this feature regarding synchronization scheduling.
If I read the article correctly it's change still my existing categories into "google_mycategory".
Or it's adding a new one with the prefix "goggle_"
As I have mentioned in a further topic this is not really usable.
If I generate a meeting with a few participants, they will all see this categorie "google_xxxx". The have not to know that I sync my Notes calendar with google.

OK, I got your point about the fact, that you don't want to show the mapping of categories to other users.
Though, little tough moment here is that you got to specify the Google calendar to which entry should go in the entry itself. However, there is not specific field for that, and moreover we don't want to add this field to the mail file design (obviously, we don't want to mess with databases design, variety of templates, and so on).
So, the only way in current features set would be to try to use the following.
1. Disable AweSync option "Store Google calendar name in Category field"
2. Change the design of your database to edit the internal field we're using in Lotus Notes calendar entry document to store Google calendar name - "GoogleCalendar".
You can do this only if you have at least designer access to your mail file, and only if you know how to change Domino databases design.
Potentially, we can add more sophisticated GUI later to support some rules for mapping Lotus Notes events to different Google calendars, but we need to think more of it and also evaluate if this is needed for other users (i.e. if the option is not excessive).

You can disable AweSync option "Store Google calendar name in Category field", and then use native Google functionality to move events between your Google calendars. Field "Category" in Notes will remain unchanged.
If you need to set destination Google calendar when you create event in Notes, and also setup your own Notes category, like "Holidays", you can select two or many categories in LN at the same time. Awesync doesn't change default categories, only that which started from string "Google_". Example: "Holiday, Vacation, Google_Nikolay Redko".
Option to define sync days will be done later.
