.NET 2.0

Requires Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or above

Last updated: Fri, 04/23/2010 - 7:07pm

This new release main difference is that it's using newer Google API, which increases synchronization speed, and additional protection measures to ensure index file consistency are added. Though, there are some differences in comparison with previous release announcement. See the complete list of changes in Release Notes for 2.0.1.5

This release contains only couple of minor fixes. In the next release we plan to move the software to the newer Google API 1.5.0.0 from currently used 1.4.0.2. Our tests and test performed by some selected users (thanks a bunch!) show that the speed of synchronization improves significantly when using newer Google API, however, there are still some problems left to be resolved with proxy support. Please see the complete list of fixes in Release Notes for 2.0.1.4

Note: If you have installed non-public release 2.0.1.3 with Google API 1.5.0.0 then you have to uninstall version 2.0.1.3 manually and then install 2.0.1.4.

Since 2.0.1.4 contains only minor updates, if version 2.0.1.3 works for you well, you can wait until we publish release 2.0.1.5 which will also contain Google API 1.5.0.0 and will not require manual uninstallation of 2.0.1.3
