My Notes for Android goes live!

Here are some great news from My Notes team.

First, Android app is live now, and can be freely downloaded from Google Play. As the iPhone app, it is fully functional when a phone is connected to computer directly, ex. via local Wi-Fi network. Connecting over the Internet requires connecting My Notes Cloud service available via in-app subscription.

Another valuable thing - now push notifications about new incoming email messages work even without purchasing in-app subscription in the iPhone app. Please ensure that you download the latest version of iPhone app from the App Store, make sure that your My Notes Desktop is up to date as well. Don’t forget to open My Notes app at least once on your iPhone after the update so that it subscribes for notifications.

We’ve also improved My Notes Cloud service by deploying new server in Southeast Asia to improve access speed for users in respective countries. My Notes Desktop version 1.0.13 is required.

The last but not least is that our development team is working on supporting unread marks for users of Lotus Notes prior to release 8.5. Unfortunately, right now Notes 6.5 - 8.x users can’t use them due to limitations in programming interfaces in respective versions of Lotus Notes, but our magician developers are already preparing a workaround.

Stay tuned for the more news soon!

I was previously using a free open source java app to sync my contacts which worked (most but not all of the time) and was not actively being worked on so had no support. Your prompt reply which solved my problem makes my $38 dollar purchase worth every penny.

Your application is making it possible to sync my Notes calendar and contacts with my brand new Apple Watch. I am the envy of everyone at work. AWESOME!!!
